I have no idea how this place is holding a 4.5 star rating. I went up there to try to see if I could find out what an error code was that I was getting when a check engine light kept coming on my daughter's car. I was a little perturbed because I just went to advance Auto And to me it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. anyway I was just trying to make some small talk and the guy didn't seem to be okay with that but the bottom line is I only state facts. he then said that it looks like it's my port it's my issue... read more
Horrible experience today in this store. Customer service sucks! One guy just stood behind the register and never looked up; the lady that helped my boyfriend with purchasing 1 simple window switch— was too involved with her personal phone call. Then when the sale was finally completed, she didn’t want to give him a receipt. All of our truck parts are written off for tax purposes. This customer service is absolutely ridiculous!!!
Mr. Thomas (Tom) at the Grayson valley location was so kind to help me fix my seatbelt be wrapped around my passenger seat. He deserve recognition and an award for his friendly ready to help attitude. I had that issue for weeks and was ready to give up trying to find a solution but in minutes Mr. Thomas was able to solve my issue. Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help.
