My sister is currently in a safe house. She went to autozone to return some items she purchased but had no use for, needing extra cash starting anew. Ilka was chaotic antagonizing, and unprofessional. She complained, but Ilka/Irka flexed her manager muscle and ignored her. She was simply attempting to get money to buy food. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Bound Brook, NJ AutoZone location. Around 9:15 PM, I came into the store after needing a jump just to get there. I explained to Richard T. that I needed a new battery. He was polite, professional, and genuinely tried to help.
