This guy Ian who works there was such. A class act. The nicest guy I talked to on phone for a company. Also went above and beyond to search the store. Found me what I needed. Stopped me from buying the wrong item and wasting money. Coming from Vegas this hospitality is welcome and is not what I'm used to. Thanks Ian. (Ian for shift lead)

My sister is currently in a safe house. She went to autozone to return some items she purchased but had no use for, needing extra cash starting anew. Ilka was chaotic antagonizing, and unprofessional. She complained, but Ilka/Irka flexed her manager muscle and ignored her. She was simply attempting to get money to buy food. We have a partial video of her disrespectful energy. We never heard back from corporate
They put u on hold longer than it takes to drive there and Umana Ilka keeps giving me wrong parts
