Great job AutoZone! I came in today on a rainy day because all 3 of my wiper blades failed and needed replacements. Your employee was very helpful and courteous advising me of what sizes I needed. Take it a step further and he put them on for me! Take it a step further and he checked to see if all my lights and signals were working. He discovered I had a rear brake light out. Female manager was incredibly rude! Will not be returning this location. East Brunswick location is so much nicer and much more helpful!
Elvis T. took really great care of me. When I told him my headlight was out, he came out to my car, took it out of the socket, and brought it inside to make sure we got the right replacement. Then, he put the new one in. Great service!
I went on tuesday morning to order 2 control arms for my mercedes benz, got the parts ordered, and when the parts were came in, they shipped 2 left hand side control arms, i needed left and right, The guy at the counter just said oh well your going to have to wait until tuesday to get the riggt one, didnt even apologize for the huge inconvenience.. Great job........... @autozone..
