Peter was absolutely horrible. From the moment I walked in he didn’t listen. He swore I didn’t have a battery problem without having run any tests or even looking at my car. And the experience went super down hill from there. Turns out I did, in fact, need a new battery. Crazy what happens when you listen and do your job. I don’t have the energy to recap the rest of the chaotic experience. But Peter should find a new line of work and customer service can reach out to me for the full fiasco.
