Horrible service the older lady at the front desk looked at me, 3 times walked across 3 times to get her phone and scrolled through it then finally asked me what I needed, another time I came in asking for a fuel hose and they gave me a coolant hose, another time I asked for rotors for my 1500 truck and I was giving rotors for a 2500, these employees suck, I've seen multiple people complain about them and all AutoZone does is reply with the same answer, it's been years and these people haven't been fired, I order all my part... read more
Special thanks to James!!! He was super nice and explained everything I needed to tell my dad about the battery and alternator testing. He even cleaned off my terminals and tightened one that was loose. He was very honest with what I needed to do next and walked me through it. Appreciate his help and kindness in a stressful situation.
My favorite auto parts store in Giddings. Cheaper prices than everyone else, and they usually have what I need in stock. If they dont, alot of times they can get it there by the end of the day. Staff is always nice and actually knows what they're talking about as well!
