The worst customer service ever!!!! The cashier was rude and would not even try to help me change my light bulb or guide me in the right direction. I’ve always gone to the Auto Zone in Bastrop and they are always so willing to help me out with whatever I need but I will never do business with this store and ever again. RecommendedI went to buy a rear light for my MDX, I was clueless, Laurie got it for me and she even installed it for me!! She was an angel!!!! And extremely professional with this social distancing!
Dan was a great Associate. He was very helpful and installed my brake light for me. Doesn’t happen at Auto Zone for me that much. I was very grateful.
