Great staff
Everyone in the store is extremely helpful and have great customer service except Jessie. He was the rudest person I had ever met. The way he talks to his co workers is absolutely insane. I heard him yelling at one of his co workers to help me even though the other guy was helping another customer. I asked Jessie about a certain item and made me feel like I was an idiot. Another one of the works then told me sorry and explained it to me better. I will not be returning because of him.
I would like commend Connor for professionalism, helpfulness and kindness last week he help to find which lamp was out on my truck and he replaced the light blub for me, he was very thoughtful had me stay in where it was cool while he fix it. He is very knowledgeable as others were asking him questions, multitasking as he was replacing my blub. I appreciate his kindness to me I walk with a cane and had a hip replacement last year. Kevin, grizzled fella in AZ, solved my alternator plug problem. Not an easy task, and took lotsa pages on the computer then suddenly, he closely examined a magnified shot of my own alternator receptacle, and EUREKA -- old Eagle eye figured it out where other stores failed! Kudos.
