Autozone has been my go to for years. No matter where im at, they are usually very helpful.
I visited AutoZone to restock some maintenance and cleaning supplies for my vehicle. Before entering, I noticed a calm atmosphere and clean outdoor areas. I was greeted warmly upon entering, which made for a positive start to my visit. Upon walking on the counter Ron offered to replace my windshield wiper blades after noticing that I was getting Rain-X Platinum washer fluid. Came into the store, immediately greeted with a “welcome to AutoZone! How can I help?” A+ for Customer service and knowledge on specific vehicle repair that I was in need of assistance on.. Got the right part, the first time… Awesome store! Stephen Was extremely helpful on finding the correct part for my Mustang and Goetze search through a entire shelf to find this one obscure fuse that I had given up all hope on… This is the best AutoZone store, best auto parts store I’ve ever visited!
Good selection. Most of the staff are helpful except for one negative staff member who has a terrible attitude
I recently had to purchase a battery for my older SUV and I went to this location because it was close to my house. The person who I had the pleasure of working with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I’ve never had any issues with Auto Zone until this experience. I would never go back to this location again.
