I had a coolant leak and the woman who helped me was amazing. I feel really bad for not getting her name. Tall, white lady. Another guy came out and helped too. She was great. She helped diagnose as best she could. Gave me advice. Her leadership needs to recognize that kind of employee. Seriously.
I want to put in a great review for Owen. Amazing customer service and amazing details provided thank you to the Volkswagen guy.
Staff really care and are super helpful. Manager is always available as well.
I Suggest that no one should go to this Autozone it's a piece 🤬 my 2nd time going up there I was not treated right poor customer service I wouldn't even give it a star
