Owner and other employee were very helpful today and went above and beyond.
Owen was great. He was straight forward with all my battery options, and did not try to sway me one way or the other. He removed the old battery, which was leaking fluid. He thoroughly cleaned the area, and installed the new one. All while being super friendly. Thanks Owen!
I was very pleased with my service here at Autozone, Daniel was such a helping figure and helped me find my car battery for my 1997 Toyota Tacoma. Xavier also helped me change my water pump gasket, once again I will be returning back to the store as it was great help.
I came into the store in Fairfield at 5888 Dixie Hwy 45014 today around 8 o’clock in the morning to pick up a order that I placed and the lady at the commercial desk refused to help me and had to grab a employee that was putting up a sign in the back. It was a horrible feeling.
A huge thank you to Owen for fixing my flat tire! I’m from Indiana and was heading home when I picked up a nail. Awesome place and would highly recommend !
