AutoZone Fairfield #5211 went in on 8/1/25 to get back brake pads and sales associates Xavier was very helpful and ask all the questions needed to get the right parts needed. The manager Terra was very disrespectful as she would not come over and help Xavier on the register as he was trying to ring me out. Definitely will never go back to that store if Terra is in there working.
I just visited the store 5211 and Mr. Owen, who helped me and he did the Atmos to help me and see what’s wrong with my car and he didn’t even accept to take a tip. I really appreciate him highly and he’s an asset for AutoZone. Thank you so much.
Came at 7:50am and store was closed. Says 7:30 online and on the window
I had a coolant leak and the woman who helped me was amazing. I feel really bad for not getting her name. Tall, white lady. Another guy came out and helped too. She was great. She helped diagnose as best she could. Gave me advice. Her leadership needs to recognize that kind of employee. Seriously.
I want to put in a great review for Owen. Amazing customer service and amazing details provided thank you to the Volkswagen guy.
