Great service from Tyler and Glen who helped me change my windshield wiper blades in the rain!
Just went in to get front and back brake pads. I'm not a car person so I'm unsure of what I need. Leo was rude when I clearly didn't know what I was doing and he lacked basic customer service skills. I will be going somewhere else for my business. If you know cars I'm sure this place is fine, if you don't Leo will look at you stupid which he seemed to think I was. Awful experience.
I came in to buy a new park light bulb and even showed an image of the part of my headlight that needed replacing and he insisted it was my turn signal bulb. I bought it anyway and just for it not to be the bulb I needed. If he wasn’t adamant to correct me I probably would have left satisfied.
