I purchased a battery from AutoZone in July, and Clayton came out to help me replace the battery. It turned out that one of my bolts was stripped, but Clayton tried everything possible to remove it. In the end, he was unable to do so, but he tightened everything up and directed me to a mechanic who could help me. It was a hot day, and I was impressed with Clayton's patience and perseverance. My battery in my Honda Fit died and I was able to get it jumpstarted to AutoZone. They had exactly the battery I needed. When I walked in, I was helped immediately and the service person was able to install it right away in the parking lot. Awesome service!!
Auto zone was almost $ 100 cheaper on a complete tune up and water pump pachage then anywhere else I called. Also everything was in stock and ready to go. They were even able to recommend a different more reliable brand of an item them I had ordered which saves me a bit of cash. Thanks guys , you've been more than helpful. Sw tv hwy in aloha auto zone!
