Worst customer service. I got left standing in the rain with my child waiting of an employee (who said he was right behind me) to check my battery. Then after going back inside because I had watched 2 other customer go inside get what they needed and come back out, I was told since I was needing a free service the paying customer came before me. I would have bought the part right then and there but now I will never go back and I will be telling everyone I know to stay away that O’Reillys actually want to help there customers... read more
Just wondering what you policy is on customer service? I mean seriously, as many times as my husband goes in there for parts and your associates and even manager are RUDE!! and i guess you feel the need to talk about your customers with the customer standing right there! Or your ignore them- guess start giving advance or o'rileys our business!! What a crap of workers here and I will be sure to pass my complaints to corporate!
