After working at this location for a few months all I can say is that leadership is lacking and the customers get to suffer for it. The gray shirts have to pick up the store managers slack as he can’t be bothered to do his job or even show up regularly. James and Jeff will always do their utmost to take care of customers but joe is just there to collect a paycheck. His track record at other stores speaks for itself. Females beware
