First off I want to thank Deborah and Steve for their amazing customer service and willingness to make sure i got the help I needed and didn't stop until I was satisfied, I first went to the State st location horrible customer service from 1 particular agent but thats for their review THANK YOU SO MUCH Deborah and Steve ypu guys really took me out of a pinch!
The Best store for car parts
Very poor customer service. I was sold what appeared to be used engine oil. When I returned to the store and raised my concern especially about the risk of damaging my car the clerk responded rudely, saying it was not his problem. On top of that, the same oil is significantly cheaper at Walmart. The staff was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. I would not recommend this place.
