The customer service at this store is terrible everyone is extremely rude!
The miserable man baby running the register should take even the slightest initiative in figuring out his own system....."I need a part number" is an insane thing to say to a non mechanic. Like even the slightest effort or improved attitude would go a long long way.... anything better then shrugs.
First off I want to thank Deborah and Steve for their amazing customer service and willingness to make sure i got the help I needed and didn't stop until I was satisfied, I first went to the State st location horrible customer service from 1 particular agent but thats for their review THANK YOU SO MUCH Deborah and Steve ypu guys really took me out of a pinch!
