I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. I came in looking for a few parts and noticed there were no customers in the store, only two employees. When I asked for assistance locating specific parts, the employee at the counter simply told me to look in an aisle on my own. When I politely requested help, he rudely stated that he didn’t have time and needed to help customers, despite there being none in the store at the time. Had a battery that was about to die. I called at 830 pm and Jesus V had a new one installed by 9 and it was under warranty!! You guys are great, Thank you!!
