This employee's are the best they had 4 phones going all to different stores to find out if the had the parts I need it and they did gave me all the information of which store had it paid them and pi k up at the other stores. I don't understand why if I need 4 of the same thig how they only have 1 it's crazy. I ran to 4 different places.

I was very impressed with how this location has turned around and is actually a very decent store to visit now. I would actually say that their customer service was excellent, far different from what it used to be like not to long ago. Great job and continue the good work!
This auto zone was a good experience for the most part. The staff was helpful in assisting me with a part that I was looking for as well as a funnel that had a mechanism to close and open that was stuck. Once the issue was fixed I purchased the funnel first then realized that I forgot to purchase the part I was originally going for and the second person that assisted me did not want to pull up my account through my phone number like the first attendant that actually asked me for the number so that the purchase was linked to ... read more
