This place is now a joke. If they dont have a part, you have to drive to the store and pay for it, then drive back 3hrs latter to pick the part up. Oh and the part is coming for across town at the hub.
Awful customer service! I walked into the store at 9:20 there were no other customers in the store at the time. An employee was there saw me walk in and never even acknowledged me I stood at the cash register waiting for someone to at least say hello or I'll be with you in a minute but nothing not even a glance. She walked right past me and never even acknowledged me even though I was standing there obviously looking for some type of customer service or acknowledgment.
