I had a great experience being helped by Luis at yesterday. I came into the store looking for a part and he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Even when I wasn’t sure of the correct part or had limited information about my vehicle, he was patient, asked questions, and quickly found the part.

Louis C store Manager helped me tremendously! Went to AutoZone on Carlisle that treated me very unfair and had a attitude so I went to AutoZone on 4th and the manager there went out of there way to make things right hence why I posted this review. I can appreciate solid customer service! Thanks again. Any company would benefit from solid workers like the ones at this store, automotive is lucky to have these guys running the show!
