We ordered bolts for our '03 Subaru Forester brake calipers per O'Reilly's website. When we went to pick them up, not only were they the wrong size, the fella behind the counter (Bob) 😔was less than interested in helping us to find the correct bolts. We remembered an AutoZone was close by, so off we went. Within two minutes we had found the correct bolts (20mm, 10x1.25). As we headed to the counter to check out we were greeted by Akym S. who was cheerful and happy to assist. What a difference! 👍✨
Amazing customer service, I am not very good with cars and Jacob went out of his way to help me replace a headlight. Will be using this store for all my auto needs.
