My 19 yr. old daughtet's windshield wipers broke in the rain...She was at her friend's in Woonsocket and she didn't have any money on her. I was several towns away, so l called Autozone on Diamond Hill to ask if I could buy wipers over the phone on my credit card and have her go in to get them. Store manager Reuben said they couldn't really do that as it was not their company policy. He asked me to hold, came back and said, "Tell her to come in, I hv a pair of wipers that I will give her and put on for her." What a NICE guy!... read more
Zero rating! I received the worst customer service at the Shrewsbury, MA store. The employee was disrespectful and was not helpful in any way. This store will not succeed with this kind of customer service!
