Every time I order a part I get a phone call telling me that it's there and then I go there and they don't know where the part is this has happened on multiple occasions. I like some of the staff however it's a big problem when you need a part right away and order it and go to pick it up and no one has any idea were the part is 🤔? Im not sure of their names but the two men working around 12:30ish pm really helped me out today. I bought the bulbs for my car, but firestone said they didnt take outside parts and in total it would be around 140$ to get it done. So I went back to sadly return the bulbs and the man at the desk said wait a minute, let me make a call. He called a local mechanic down the street for me and told me to head over.
