Absolute zero respect from the employee working here. Walked in knowing I had a misfire and this clown tried to argue that a flashing check engine light wouldn't even store a code. I directed my staff to remove our professional fleet account with AutoZone effective today because of this store location. I came in to request a refund for two products that did not work all which is fine. In order to see if the product works the entire bottle must be used. Vehicle was tested after and the product had not worked even minutely.
