The so-called “manager,” Cody, was extremely unprofessional. From the start, he was confrontational, rude, and seemed frustrated for no reason. I simply asked if he could help put A/C refrigerant in my car, which only required a simple “yes” or “no” answer. Instead, he responded with a disrespectful attitude and poor customer service. I expected a manager to handle customers professionally, but that was not my experience.
Coddy put on my new wiper blades and filled my fluid. Excellent customer service at Auto Zone.
I will always shop AutoZone but first time being to this store and will most likely try to avoid going there again . Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. update. better experience. one staff member asked me if I needed help but the other guy tried to get me to hurry up and make my purchase. felt rushed
