Autozones poor lazy customer service never shocks me. There are a couple that I appreciate. This isn't one of them

Dwayne is absolutely amazing.for years I come back and forth from out of state and it put wears on my car forsure.dwayne is always so nice kind helpful and very informative about what I need with my car allways there to.help.solve a problem battery issue or reading a code looking up the parts I need.. just a awesome hard working guy to.everyone that he come into encounter with in and out of the store .thanks Dwayne 🥰
Jason& Rubee were an incredible help with the charging of my car battery. They aided me in the removal of my battery (telling & showing me how) as well as being uber kind & considerate whilst charging my battery. I couldn’t have done it without them.
Went in to purchase touchup paint for my car couldn't find the right one the manager lady in the black shirt was watching me for 5 minutes but wouldn't help me so I pick one color pin and went to pay for the paint and she seen me get in line to pay but she went to mess with employees that was working already now I'm standing in line for 5 more minutes watching her do nothing she is sour man the other young ladies was nice I deal with them before you can tell she is very sour and the company needs to let her go before she inf... read more
