Poor customer relations turned me around and out the door I went for good. I won’t be back
I stopped in today to get my battery checked. The girl who attempted to help me refused to check my battery because my vehicle is a hybrid. She told me that testing my battery would fry my car's computer. I drove to the AutoZone in Watertown where they tested my battery immediately then had it replaced within 10 minutes. Testing my battery DID NOT mess up the computer in my vehicle. When I go to places like AutoZone, I expect knowledgeable people to do whatever they can to help me fix my vehicle.
