poor management and customer service. Very disappointed with service. Husband had a stroke and had difficulty speaking and was treated poorly by a manager. He used a cuss word because he was frustrated and tried to explain his disability but manager made a unnecessary scene and an uneducated statement referring to him as being " slow " !!!
