David is a rude person.
I needed some brake parts which I didn’t even know the name for, but Eddie quickly helped me out and got me the right parts with amazing customer service!
Manager, David was extremely helpful with the purchase of windshield wipers for my Caddy. He was knowledgeable and friendly and even installed them for me. You don’t find customer service like that these days! I’ll definitely go back to the AutoZone on Ballantyne for any future vehicle parts/service. Thank you David!
