Poor costumer service. I purchased an order from another store. When I arrived the said they don't have it and I have to go back to the other store to get my money back. They were rude
Super disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this place. I was ready to buy multiple items and had them all in my hands, but I just needed a quick answer about a product. The employee responded, “I don’t know, they’re all there,” in a very dismissive way. If you don’t enjoy your job, you shouldn’t take it out on customers. I ended up leaving everything and went to Auto Parts instead, where the staff actually helped me and I purchased everything I needed.
Left me on hold over 20 minutes just wanted to ask if they had a part, no worries oreillys across the street answers their phones so I'll be going there
