John was positively exceptional! Amazing awesome extraordinary above and beyond customer service Nordstrom customer service at our local AutoZone!!! I went to jiffy lube and discovered I was out of oil and not only did he help me to determine the kind of oil I needed but then I was kind of silly and off my game and misplaced my phone and he called me like 10 times and came out even to the car and help me find it! This is the auto zone I always go to, no matter where I am, because the staff is the best by far. Last night highlights why perfectly: my battery died in my car when I was out and I got a friend to jumpstart me, but had plans early in the morning so I needed a battery tonight. I pulled up to the store at 8:40, 20 minutes before they closed, and they sold and installed a battery for me anyways! That’s how you get loyal customers! Shout out to Tyler as well, but really the whole staff is so great from what I have seen.
On our way to red hawk to take grandma for her birthday the car started acting up I drove a lil further saw the the autozone and pulled up. Im terrible with names but the dude with the Kane was very helpful lent me the scan tool I researched the part and he even lent .e tools to do it on the spot. I replaced the part and we were on our way.
Went there early on a Sunday thinking I would be able to quickly pick up a spark plug for my riding mower that the website said they had in stock. The one guy working the front was working with a customer who was going in and out to his car to check the fit of a part. He called a young guy from the back to help me who quickly decided they didn't have my spark plug. I'm pretty certain he just didn't care to find it. I went to the parts store in Shingle Springs and got it.
Super kind and super helpful they checked my situation because my check engine light came on for free and offered me wonderful advice
