Needed a battery replaced. One location told me they couldn’t do it so I called Chesterfield location. Mario answered the phone and told me to come by. From the beginning to the end the entire staff handled everything. Mario stood out in the 95 degree heat and replaced it. Very much appreciate their service.

Had the nicest experience at Auto Zone in Chesterfield, MO. It was July 4th weekend and our car battery had died and needed to be jumped at our motel. My husband went to the store and Mario went above and beyond and came to the motel, jumped our car and tested the battery. The battery was completely dead and needed to be replaced. Mario cleaned the terminals and rechecked the battery and it was totally dead. We had no tools along with us so Mario took the old battery out and replaced it with a new one. Wonderful service.
