Recommendedservice was outstanding and fast.. I'm from out of town..pulled up and the awesome young man came right out. My battery was bad..put a new one in and I was out of there with in 30mins

These guys are so helpful! Came in for a dead battery and they are fixing all kinds of other stuff too!
Every single time I order a part from this location I get told it'll be there the next day and when I show up to pick everything up nobody can find anything and then it ends up that it was never ordered. So sick and tired of this location and the employees that can't do their job. I won't do business with this location ever again. Thankfully everytime I call O'Reilly they either have the part on hand or it's actually ordered and they're the next day like they tell me it will be.
Above and beyond service from Randy today. Not only did take this time to show me how to do something on my truck but he actually fixed the real problem that I wasn't even aware of!!
Went there today for a couple things for my car and one of the employees helped me not only change the air filter in my car but also helped fix something completely unrelated to my purchases. Awesome service!
