Called to check on availability of some oil. Was trying to give more information and young lady told me " is it all right if I talk now ". Didn't sit well. When in later for the oil and referenced the conversation to the night manager. I may as well been talking to a wall. No expression, no apologies, nothing. Not too good for customer relations. You know the ones who buy stuff at the store.
Tested my battery and discovered it was no good. Bought a replacement, took it home and put it in myself. Saved myself the price of a tow, and dealership repair. Awesome experience!
Received excellent care here today. Came in needing 2 bulbs replaced and the guy was so kind and helpful and installed both for me! I will definitely make this my go to place. Thanks
Bought a battery from Auto Zone and had a very good experience there. Took them about 15 minutes to install the new one and I was on my way. Very pleasant people behind the counter. I highly recommend them.
