This is the only autozone I will go to. The stsff there are very pleasant, knowledgeable and will help you with anything they possibly can, especially MJ, she is an asset to her company. She is so very caring for her customers, listens attentively, and is not afraid to make suggestions of what will and won't work with her numerous years and expertise in the automotive industry. I highly recommend this particular autozone.
I came in and had excellent customer service. Everyone was polite. MJ took excellent care of me. She got the part right away and answered all my questions. I'd definitely come back.
I needed some urgent help today and being a Sunday afternoon there was no option to receive help from the dealership service department. My engine coolant warning came on with a stern warning to turn off the engine immediately. After a few minutes with ChatGPT I understood specifically what type of coolant (European model) and how to verify it's actually low.
