Battery died. AAA came out..jumped it, but told me cells had died. So, I went to Autozone. Hoped I was still under warranty. I get there. The associate tells me I had ONE MONTH LEFT on the warranty. Talk about luck !!! They exchanged the battery...I picked up some fuel system cleaner, which by the way she recommended an AWESOME cleaner, and I was on my way. Excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Unprofessional, rude staff (Mike) no one knows a thing about cars they provide me the wrong battery even do i give them my vehicle information. Now I have problems with my vehicle because of it
I am so shocked that one of the employees would treat a customer in such an unwelcoming and dismissive manner. I purchased an item from the Bayonne location and upon discovering that the item didn’t fix the issue it was purchased for, I tried returning it. As soon as I entered the location, I met an employee( not including her name), who in a very unwelcoming tone told me that the item I purchased could not be returned. Excellent customer service from Matt! Came to AutoZone after getting my windshield replaced across the way at Safelight. Matt showed me new windshield wipers that were great quality even installed them too. Matt was professional, friendly and really knows his inventory. Thanks for an excellent experience!
