AutoZone is a great neighborhood store to have in Floyds Knobs! I was greeted by Jordan as soon as I walked in, and he provided outstanding customer service. He quickly found the correct windshield wiper blades for my vehicle, installed them for me, and had me back on the road in about five minutes. It's refreshing to receive such friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Thanks, Jordan, for making the whole experience so easy. I'll definitely be back for my future automotive needs!
Had a bit of a hiccup after buying a new/used truck, 30 minutes in the drive home a brake caliper stuck and was pulling like crazy and overheating. Still over 2 hours from home. Thank god this Autozone was only 4 miles down the road! And an even bigger blessing they had the caliper I needed in stock. We replaced it right in the parking lot and the store had everything we needed to get it done! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Store manager was awesome. He came and helped me on the side of the road when no other automative or tire repair places would. He was very helpful, genuine, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at the Floyd Knobs Auto Zone. I was greeted immediately when walking into the store. My car was has having issues starting, so the store manager ran a diagnostic. Turns out it was the battery. I bought a new one and he went ahead and replaced it while I was there. Thanks Geoff!
