Josh helped me get my truck running this morning when I was concerned it was having a major issue. Turned out just to be the alternator. But he was patient and helped me out until we figured out the issue Couldn’t be happier!

If I could give a zero star I would... Took my side post battery in to be tested and it was dead dead. They asked if I wanted to see if they could charge it I said sure. Ticket was created in the system on my account, but no paper was given to me (my own stupidity). Called back 3 hours later to check on said battery and allegedly can't find it. They say someone came in and asked for my exact battery and closed my ticket out. I legit talked to noone between dropping it off and calling back. They say all they can do is take a ... read more
