3940 Dixie Hwy Louisville, KY 40216 United States Willie Thomas was terrible. He’s apparently the store manager. Tried to convince me not to get my battery changed because he felt like not doing it even having a warranty. Used smart remarks towards me. Only reason it didn’t escalate was because I was in a hurry. Willie Thomas is a terrible worker and it’s unfortunate that Me and my family will never bring my buisness over here. Pathetic. If I could rate it a 0 Star I would.

I stopped in to exchange some oil and the cashier was very nice. My starter went out so I had to sit there waiting for a tow truck and even after my brother acted as fool (for nothing) the store manager Paul was really helpful. He kept coming out to check on me since it was late before the tow truck arrived.
