I've visited this location for years and the service continues to suck. Today I'm told by the managers and red shirts that I have to take my oil containers back after freshly being poured, instead of the store fulfilling its obligation to dispose of oil containers they receive from customers.
Not even worthy of one star. Manager - Gabriel refused to accept digital gift card stating only physical gift cards are accepted. For a manager to be incapable of some how remedying the situation is unacceptable. Dismissive, incompetent, lazy, and rude. Clearly this is an issue with all the other reviews. The “sorry for your bad experience” responses don’t cut it. Fire this fool- and the moron that gave him a position above janitorial services, because he’s ruined the AutoZone name.
