This is my SECOND post about this location and the GREAT customer service I received here!!! I went to Costco (oops) to get a battery for my car not knowing that they DON'T install batteries and although I wanted to try and install it myself, they didn't have the tools I needed to do so. As I passed this AutoZone to get onto the freeway, I remembered how helpful they were so I stopped in and asked AIDAN if I could borrow the tools to install the battery myself. Manager Andres was very helpful directing me to saving me couple of bucks on a product I purchase .
Didn’t receive good customer service from sarah, felt rude and unwanted in their establishment. But on a positive note I was helped out fast and they had what I needed.
