Making a customer run to a MAC machine down the road because you don't know how to work your machine is not "customer satisfaction". And just because I am a girl and covered in grease doesn't mean I need to use your NON-public bathroom to wash up. You didn't ask the gentleman in front of me or my husband ( both covered in just as much grease) if they needed to... read more
