Brett was amazing he did more his part as a manager to go above and beyond to help me and make me one happy person!!!!! The best customer service. They always help you without an excuse or reservation. Would highly recommend them.
I was stuck on the side of the road in my RV and I called AutoZone and asked them if they would come to where I was and give me a jump. To my surprise, they said yes! The gentlemen arrived within 10 minutes and tried to jump the RV. The RV was completely dead. The gentleman went back to the store, purchased the batteries that I needed, came back to where I was broken down, and installed both batteries for me at no extra charge. AutoZone Rocks!!!
I had a great experience. I went in for a battery test after needing a jump. Staff was pleasant and helpful. My battery was checked and determined to be bad. It was replaced in no time with no additional cost.
Save your time and just go to advanced, everyone here is clueless.
Good folks and services. Helpful will put new wiper blades on car.
