I had an exceptional experience with Nico and who I assume to be his manager. As soon as I arrived, the manager noticed a strong rotten-egg smell coming from my car, recognized it as a possible battery acid leak, and immediately took steps to keep me safe. After allowing the car to cool, Nico identified the correct auxiliary battery and worked tirelessly to safely remove and replace it.
