I do not recommend this store. Customer service is lacking. They rather yell down the aisle at you then come around the desk and help you. I will never shop at this store again. And businesses wonder why people do more shopping online. This is why!!!!

Shawn C was great, went above and beyond to help me with my minor issue. I found his politeness and friendliness refreshing, as i did not experience the same from the older staff there. The others (on several visits) didn't say hi to me, didn't ask to help me, didn't thank me, and never smiled. One guy wouldn't even look at me. Not great. But Shawn has the right idea, keep it up.
Brand New Store, Super Clean,extremely helpful staff.. Great place for your auto parts.
I really don't appreciate it when I come to a store BEFORE closing (8:53 pm) and all the lights are on inside and out, but yeah NO!! The doors locked and the lazy employee puts his hands up like "Oh Well"!! I really think that you should hire new employees bc if they are this way with their customer service u can bet your ass I'm going Pep Boys!!��
