Always helped me. They don't put change in your hand because there working on cars all day helping people like you out. They have the courtesy not to get grease or dirt on you. Since you probably came in dressed to the 9zzzz
My overall experience was ruined, when my change didnt get put in my hand. It was slapped on the counter, when my palm was ready �.
Very poor customer service today. It seemed like the employee was new, but didn't ask fellow employees for help, just continued to mess up. Left a customer on hold on phone the whole interaction. Took 3 tries to ring up a battery, was there about an hour, and then was told he has to ring up anyone else there before can install. I was fine with waiting on the actual install but even the process of ringing up was too hard. My dad said we would just install it ourselves and wanted to pay the core charge so we can leave, he got ... read more
