I had a really great experience at AutoZone, all thanks to Daniel. He was extremely helpful and truly went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s not often you come across someone who’s that patient and willing to help without rushing you.
Billy was great & very helpful went above and beyond to assist me today. Helen the supervisor however was extremely rude
Daniel and Jordan were my heros for the month of May. Customer service by phone and in person was top tier. Their assistance with my auto issue gave me a sense of relief and reassurance that I was in capable hands. From warranty look up, to assist with products, I would recommend all my fellow residents especially the women to this location. You won't feel like your being taken advantage of, and will get the help and answers you need.
Stopped and asked to have them check my oil. Was told they don't do that? They used to I know. Don't go here
