Was sold the wrong size headlight bulbs. after learning they were the wrong bulbs, I attempted to return the bulbs and then was questioned by josh s about the bulbs. Of course they looked slightly used, because i attempted to install them before learning they were the wrong bulbs. Your sales staff should know a thing or two about cars before selling the incorrect parts to customers

I got excellent service at this AutoZone today. I stopped in for a headlight. Josh was the service tech who helped me. He was very personable and even cracked some jokes while getting my headlight for me. Then, he offered to install it for me! I don't have the first clue how to do anything beyond putting fluids in my car. I was just going to ride home with one headlight and have my husband take care of it.
