Cory and Toni were amazing! Super helpful and super knowledgeable. All I knew was that one of my power ports was not working, and that I needed a new fuse. They went online, found out where the fuse box was, read through my user’s manual, found the fuse box (which is in a very difficult and inaccessible location), pulled out the old fuses, and put in the new ones. The price I paid for the parts was very small relative to their helpfulness and expertise. Well done! And thank you.
In no less than five minutes, Sean from AutoZone was able to help me find the correct windshield wipers for my car, replace the old ones and put the new ones onto my vehicle, and even teach me something new about my car and how to maintain it for a longer life. Excellent service.
This is easily the worst car parts store that I've ever been in. It's not the products or the company, it's the people that work there. Once they're done trying to ignore you until you go away, you'll find out that they don't actually know anything and add no value at all other than ringing you up for the wrong parts. I figured it was a fluke and tried them 2 more times with the exact same results. Advance Auto is 10 more minutes south on 19, do yourself a favor and just go there instead. Very good customer service! Went for a battery change and was very patient and helpful! He even helped teach my son how to replace our car battery in the process!
