So I stopped by your store in Ferguson, MO located at 10871 New Halls Ferry Rd Saint Louis, MO 63136. I walked in waited in line for my turn and ask a female employee to check my check engine light. She says go to your car and turn the key and I'll be out there. I go outside I wait for about 10 mins no one comes out so then a couple more mins go by and the female associate that waited on me came out with another customer with the check engine took parked 2 spots from me and scanned his car and went back in while I'm standing... read more
