The technician who helped replace our faulty battery (bought at Autozone and under warranty). He was dismissive, made a face when I said I didn't take the battery out myself. He refused to acknowledge me when I spoke to him.
It is currently 4:45. Our appt for a oil change was scheduled for 4:00. We arrived on time. Our vehicle is still in the same place in the parking lot, they havent touched it. Ive asked about it once, 5 min ago. They just said we're next... I know things happen and people call off, but this is obnoxious and unprofessional.
