I had just found out my passenger tail light was out and it was right before a major snow storm. I went to 3 other places and it was either, no availability, or they would sell me the light bulb, but wouldn't help install it. The associates, at the Auto Zone on Simpson Ferry Rd in Mechanicsburg PA, were willing to take the time and help me fix my tail light. I'm so grateful for their help and will defiantly go back. Thanks again! :)

Very personable group of people. I deal with them because they are one of the closest to me. I have found them to be very competitive on price and will match if I find a lower price. Have only ever had one problem and that was with a rebuilt rack for a Ford Explorer the rubber bushing just crumbled as soon as car was driven. Replacement was no problem. Overall very happy with the store. I would recommend this store. I really like the specialty tool buy and return program.
