Went to AutoZone to get a battery and did not have the tools to install. A gentleman by the name of Gifford was very helpful and took care of it without any hesitation, even with the weather, not in great conditions.. He went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate his assistance today. Keep up the good work, Grifford!

Went in because it showed Autozone had the part I was needing three of but the website wouldn't let me order three so I ran to the store and was taken care of.
