The cashiers were unhelpful, discourteous, and rude. Not a pleasant experience. Good news is that there is an Advance auto and a Car Quest right across the street.
I purchased a socket adapter from them , the first time using it same day it broke off inside my Dewalt brushless impact and I took it up to them the people act clueless all I asked if they had something to help me get it out , wasn't rude or anything and basically they told me they don't have anything in the whole store therefore I will never be going to any auto zone neither will my children or there children I'm disgusted
I've been in New Bern in parts for 32+ years. I've never really been concerned with price of other than factory parts, I just want it NOW!! Autozone in James City get me the parts I need, WHEN I need them and at a good price, with a GREAT warranty. I'm please.
