I'd like to make a shout out to one of the best/nicest managers I've had, personally. R.I.P. Michael Vargas. It was so unexpected that everyone had to ask twice, thinking it was a joke or misinterpretation. Your in a better place now. I'll miss you bro, it was good while it lasted.

I was just there on my lunch break. Mike the manager assisted me. He was great helping me decide what products to buy and let me know what would be needed to fix my issue. He was very honest and I really appreciated it. Definitely will return for the parts when I can fix the car. Thanks Mike. Great customer service.

I purchase a deffective part over the weekend and when I went to exchange it, all I got from the employees was bad attitude. They make you feel like you are not welcomed to the store. I will never purchase anything from AutoZone again...I'm resotoring a 56 Chevy and from now on I will take my business elswhere.

Tried a phone call during business hours and asked about a particular sparkplug number. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, twice they picked up and once began talking to a friend (you could tell the person thought they returned to their personal call). I ended up taking my business somehwere else. Zero customer service-just try and make a phone call, good luck..
