The woman cashier who assisted was very thorough and helpful, looked up year, make and model, to get the right motor oil to start a car sitting idle a few years.
Went to EXCHANGE an engine oil. My son bought the wrong one. Il explained to the older cashier lady( assistant manager) that we lost the Receipt, and if I can exchange , not asking for a refund., Even if I had to pay an extra fee. She refused to help me and said no this is an assistant manager. She needs better customer service..
