Came in this afternoon when my engine shield cover came loose and started dragging on the road. The store crew were happy to help and got everything patched up in five minutes. Much appreciated!
We were having trouble with our vehicle’s AC. Went to a different auto zone and they gave sold us a product, but no instructions on what to do with it. We watched many videos and still couldn’t figure out what to do with it. We returned to the store to receive additional help and they refused to help us. We drove to the Gonzales location and shared our experience as well as our AC concerns to the AutoZone employees there. Misael Z., calmly and kindly helped us.
